Throughout my time working as a counselor I have come to especially love my work with young adults. The late teen years and twenties are some of the most formative years as young people develop an identity outside their family, form ideas and values, and explore what mark they want to make on the world. I love being able to support this population through struggles with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, questions of career and calling, and relational challenges. What I can provide is an unbiased voice to help them better understand their own struggles and uncover solutions to move forward with strength, clarity, and confidence.

Some common issues I treat in Young Adults include:

  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Life Transitions (moving, school, graduation, breakups...)
  • Eating Disorders & Body Image Issues
  • Questions of Identity
  • Career & Calling
  • Relationship concerns
