Becoming a parent can be one of the most anticipated moments in life. For many people, we envision ourselves effortlessly gliding into parenthood at the exact moment we plan and then our bundle of joy seamlessly integrating into our lives without a hiccup. But for many of us, the road to becoming a parent can be full of challenges, road blocks and emotional struggles. Whether you are adjusting to becoming a new parent, pregnant, or trying to get pregnant, know that you are not alone if you are experiencing mental health issues. Anxiety, depression, OCD, and relational issues are all a very normal part of the pre and postpartum journey. And although difficult, they are very treatable with the right resources and support.

As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health counselor, I am equipped to walk with you wherever you are in your journey. Each individuals journey to becoming a parent is unique and beautiful, requiring an approach specific to them. In my work with perinatal women I create a safe space to process her journey, normalize mental health challenges, and offer resources and tools for navigating harder moments. Whether you feel a little off, or completely consumed by the difficulties conception, birth, and new parenting can bring, I would love to walk with you through the process and help you find peace wherever you are at in the journey.
